Come and sample the delicious offerings from over twenty cheese producers and wholesalers of artisan cheese, together with sampling of the best wine, gin and condiments.
Enjoy tastes from producers and suppliers including Udder Delights, Barossa Cheese Company, Edwards Crossing and Ashgrove Cheese. Nothing goes better with cheese than alcohol so why not sample some sparkling wines from Hearts of the Barossa or a lovely gin from Prohibition Gin. Don't forget the delectable treats from The Lost Loaf, The Gourmet Entertainerand Penfield Olives as well.
Join Lauretta Whittaker from Cheese-A-Holics and Jessie Spiby from Masterchef, who will be running masterclasses all day. Tickets are $10 per class and are available to purchase with your entry ticket. PLEASE NOTE: you must purchase a general admission ticket if you purchase a masterclass ticket. 1.00pm - More Than Just a Cheeseboard with Jessie Spiby - Experience a different way to present your cheeseboards, and then enjoy a scrumptious brie that you bake yourself!
2.00pm - Vertical Italian Cheese Masterclass with Lauretta Whittaker - Come on a journey through the delicious world of Italian cheeses. We start with a soft curd cheese that will melt in your mouth, and work our way through to the king of all cheeses. This is an adventure not to miss.
